Key Responsibilities
General
Respond to maintenance requests as assigned
Conduct repairs, installations, and routine maintenance
Ensure quality workmanship and timely task completion
Maintain professionalism at client properties
Electricians
Electrical repairs, wiring, safety checks, lighting, and power systems
Plumbers
Water systems installation, repairs, drainage, leak fixing
Welders
Fabrication, steel repair works, gates, grills, and structural welding
Masons
Plastering, tiling, brick/block work, building repairs
Respond to maintenance requests as assigned
