Role Overview
We are partnering with one of the leading solar companies in Kenya to recruit certified EPRA T2T3 Technicians to support nationwide solar system installations. Technicians will be deployed based on assignments and will earn based on the number of installations completed.
We are recruiting all across Kenya.
Requirements
Valid EPRA T2 or T3 License (Mandatory)
Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field
Proven experience in solar installation or electrical works
Strong attention to detail and safety discipline
Ability to travel for field assignments where necessary
Compensation
Commission-based payment per installation completed
Additional performance-based incentives may apply
