Role Overview
We are recruiting dynamic Biogas Technical Sales Agents to work with farmers across 32 counties in Kenya, driving awareness, training, adoption, and sales of biogas technology. Agents will earn based on successful sales conversions and performance.
Requirements
Background in Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Sales, Community Engagement (Advantageous)
Experience working with farmer communities is an added plus
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-managed
Willing to travel extensively within assigned counties
Compensation
Commission-based earnings per successful sale
Possible bonuses for exceeding performance targets

Conduct field engagement, education, and demonstrations to farmers
Build awareness on benefits of biogas technology and financing options
Identify, engage, onboard and support interested farmers
Work closely with technical teams for installation coordination
Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and reporting
